Ingredients
- 2 large apples -- diced and pared
- 1/2 cup celery -- diced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mayo -- reduced calorie
- 8 lettuce leaves
Method
Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on Lettuce Leaves, optional of course.
