Ingredients
- 2 Lb carrots (grated)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon ghee or butter
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 3/4 cup Khoya (use Ricotta Cheese if Khoya is not available)
Garnish - 1/4 cup cashews 2 tablespoon dates
Method
Cook carrot with ghee on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir well while cooking. Add the condensed milk, khoya, sugar and cook again in medium-low for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with the cashews and dates and serve.
